Gene Liu
Gene moved at the age of 3 from China to the United States. After receiving his BSBA from Northeastern University in Boston, he moved back to China to manage the family business, as silica gel manufacturer and exporter. In 2014 served as volunteer for the office of Congresswoman Grace Meng of the US House of Representatives for New York's 6th congressional district. In 2017 he received his MIA (Masters International Affairs) at the Columbia University in New York City with a focus on Energy Policy. He returned to China in 2017 in order to implement the transformation of the family business and integrate new Chinese partners into the reshaped business. Gene is married and lives with his wife and two sons in Qingdao, China. He speaks English as well as Chinese.
